The field of expertise of OCEANGATE CONSULTING is generally concerned with research and development in applied materials science, in particular functional advanced ceramics as well as ceramic and metallic coatings for wear, corrosion and thermal protection of metallic, ceramic and polymeric materials as well as parts and systems manufactured from such materials. Special expertise  exists in the area of bioconductive hydroxyapatite coatings for hard tissue implants.
